Account Inheritance Agreement
Fallout Shelter OL Account Inheritance
Account inheritance refers to the service that helps players transfer their characters in Fallout Shelter OL from their Gaea account to their Shengqu Games (Hong Kong) account.
1. Transfer Period
From now until December 31st.
2. Character Transfer Requirements
The user's character must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible for transfer:
1）The character is bound to a Gaea account;
2）The character has obtained a transfer code via in-game mail or the official website;
3）The character is not in a banned state;
4）The user has prepared a brand new Shengqu Games (Hong Kong) account;
5）If there is an existing character B on the Shengqu Games (Hong Kong) account, it will be overwritten and cannot be recovered when transferring character A, so please be cautious.

5. Character Transfer Process
If you wish to complete the Gaea account data inheritance, please go to the data inheritance page and follow the instructions. The data inheritance page is open 24 hours a day.
If you complete the account data inheritance on the data inheritance page before the game's update and launch, the account data inheritance process may not start immediately. You will be able to formally complete the account data inheritance after updating to the latest client version in the June update.

6. FAQs
Q：How long does it take to complete the character transfer after submitting the application?
A：For applications submitted before the June update, the transfer will be completed after the June update. For applications submitted after the June update, the data inheritance is expected to be completed within 1 hour.
Q：After a successful character transfer, can I revoke this character transfer and re-bind to the Gaea account?
A：No, this transfer is carried out by the operator, and Shengqu Games (Hong Kong) will provide the service afterward.
Q：Can I apply for the character transfer service multiple times?
A：One Gaea account only needs to be bound once. If you have multiple characters under the account, they will be transferred together.
Q：If there is already a character on my Shengqu Games (Hong Kong) account, what happens to the old character?
A：When transferring character A, if there is an existing character B on the Shengqu Games (Hong Kong) account, character B will be overwritten and cannot be recovered, so please be cautious.
